Well, it's kind of packed. It's sitting on our bedroom floor with most of the needed items in place. Thanks to Lisa for giving me a list of "things to not forget." Although, I'm sure I'll forget something.
We spent yesterday picking up the last items we need to be good parents...or that's what it feels like. We do in fact now have a car seat, so the hospital may even let us take this kid home afterwards. We also took a tour of the Labor/Delivery and Mom/Baby Floors at Childrens. Don't know that it did a whole lot to make this whole deal more real, but it at least gave us a bit more info about what to expect. AND, Ryan got a good map to the hospital emergency room entrance!
Last weekend, Mom and Lisa threw me a lovely sweet shower with friends from Milwaukee. It was great. Below are a few pictures from the brunch. Unfortunately, there are no pictures of my Mom or Lisa -- hmmm, how did that happen?
And just one more cutie picture from the weekend...the Koop Herber clan trying out one of Baby Boy Olsta's new toys.

Good to see your blog up and running, just in time for the arrival of baby boy Olsta. It was such fun to see all the preparations you have made and know that you are pretty well ready. It was a pleasure to meet your fiends again last weekend. Now, we can't wait to meet the newest addition to our clan!
