Baby, it's cold outside!

So cold in fact, that the boys' day care was closed on Monday and Tuesday.  I ended up staying home from work on Monday and taking the boys to the Children's Museum.

Clayton worked on the cars...

Alex played in the infant area, sitting up all by himself.

Clayton conquered his fear and climbed to the top of the big slide and helped several younger kids along the way.  It was sweet to watch - he would approach a child, introduce himself and ask if they wanted some help.

So despite the cold weather, we had fun playing, er...scaring, together.

The rest of the week was back to schedule as usual.  The boys are both at such fun ages.  Weekend morning tend to be pajama play dates for awhile...

 The two of them really do seem to enjoy being around each other, although I do think that Alex is starting to realize that Clayton may be just a tad silly...

Alex still loves his feet.

Although we missed our usual Friday night dinner at Hollander because of rain, we headed over on Saturday.

  

Alex now sits at the table like the rest of us...
