Well, another month has gotten by me once again. November and December were filled with fun and family. We were fortunate enough to host both sets of grandparents, Aunt Tracy and Uncle Greg for Thanksgiving this year. We were also able to make a quick trip to Goshen between Christmas and New Years to celebrate Christmas with the whole Koop clan.
In the past month, Clayton had many opportunities to be a great helper - something he's doing more and more spontaneously each day. He really is becoming quite a big boy!
Here he is helping Opa put up some curtain rods for us.
He also "helped" me decorate the Christmas tree.
Please note the ornament placement! :)
We evened it out eventually and Clayton simply loved looking at the tree and pointing out various ornaments.
We also did some cookie baking. His interest waned quickly, but before he left me...
...I got a sweet kiss.
Clayton has become quite the electronics guru. He knows how to navigate my iPhone to find "his games" and
He loves to type on the computer. You should be so lucky as to get one of his hand-typed missives!
He also is getting to be quite a good board game player - Candy Land is the favorite right now.
We stayed home for Christmas Day this year. Watching Clayton open gifts was quite fun.
This picture far exaggerates the number of presents that were opened - trust me.
We tried to build a snowman on Christmas Day - but alas, it was too cold. Haven't accomplished it yet!
Here's looking forward to more fun and adventures with our big boy in 2013!
